The Miraculous Key
In this course we will study this unique text by Khenpo Tsultrim Gyatso Rinpoche that skillfully summarizes the contents of Jamgon Kongtrul’s famous Treasury of Knowledge. Rinpoche presents most of the root text’s main topics in the format of a shedra-style textbook using definitions, examples and debates. It results in a wonderful summary of the entire range of Buddhist knowledge and practice, and an in depth presentation of the essence of the three prajnas of hearing, contemplating and meditating. We will supplement the root text with excerpts from the Treasury itself and with a commentary by Rinpoche himself.
